摘要
根据人力资本投资模型 ,我国大学生就业难虽然不利于个人人力资本投资 ,但这不会阻止个人增加人力资本投资的趋势。但反过来 ,它有利于促使人力资本投资结构的优化 ,提高人力资本投资的质量 ,因而具有一定的积极意义。
According to the model of human capital investment,though graduates' difficulty in employment is not favorable for individual human capital investment,it will not stand in the way of the tendency that individuals will increase their human capital investment,but will be favorable to better the human capital investment structure,and increase the quality of human capital investment,so it has a positive effect.
