PLCγ1在胰腺腺泡细胞分布的电镜免疫细胞化学研究

摘要 采用电镜免疫细胞化学的方法研究PLCγ1在小鼠胰腺腺泡细胞中的表达状况。发现其主要表达在腺泡细胞的酶原颗粒及粗面内质网内,其次线粒体、高尔基复合体及核内也有一定程度的表达。结果表明PLCγ1与胰腺分泌功能紧密相关,还可能参与了蛋白质合成、细胞能量代谢、DNA合成、细胞有丝分裂及增殖过程。 The expression of PLCγ1 in mouse pancreatic acinar cell was studied with immunocytochemistry by electron microscopy. The immunogold reaction of PLCγ1 was most prominent in the zymogen granulae and RER, low in the mitochondrion,Golgi complex and the nucleus. It suggests that PLCγ1 closely relates to secretion of the pancreas were likely involved in synthesis of proteins, capacity metabolism of cells, synthesis of DNA and mitogenesis,cell proliferation.
