消化道出血诊治体会(附46例报告)

Experience of diagnosis and treatment for superior alimentary canal hemorrhage

目的 :探讨上消化道出血的治疗方法。方法 :对我院 1995年至 2 0 0 3年收治的 4 6例上消化道出血患者的诊治进行回顾性分析。结果 :4 6例上消化道出血患者中 ,4 5例经过系统内科治疗后都不同程度得到缓解或痊愈 ,只有 1例行外科手术治疗。结论 :及时、系统的治疗是上消化道出血治疗的关键。

Objective: To search the method of diagnosis and treatment for superior alimentary canal hemorrhage. Method: To analyse 46 cases superior alimentary canal hemorrhage from 1995 to 2003 in the Herbalist Doctor Hospital of Lei Zhou. Result: 45 cases have got effective treatment through systemtic medicine treatment,only 1 case had been operated after invalidation of medicine treatment. Conclusion:The early and in time diagnosis and treatment is the key to effective diagnosis and treatment for superior alimentary canal hemorrhage.
