摘要
以SDRAM为基础采用DLL技术,并对时钟信号进行两次抓取资料,形成DDR技术。在时钟频率达到400MHZ以后,对内存内部技术和外部结构进行了一系列的改进发展,形成DDRⅡ,使内存与CUP的发展相适应。
Based on SDRAM, we adopt DLL technology and catch information twice on time signal, and it is so-called DDR technology. When the frequency of the time signal comes to 400MHZ,we make a series of improvement on the memory technology and external architecture, and that is DDRII, which benefits the usage of the memory and CPU.
