摘要
在啤酒发酵过程中,利用计算机控制管理系统,通过分段处理的方案,来完成对温度和压力的控制,实现关键技术。该系统结构简单、成本低,扩展性、移植性强,具有推广实用价值。
The paper introduces how to control over the temperature and pressure in the process of beer fermentation through the method of sectional treatment.It dwells on the key technology for accomplishing software and handware.The system is simple,cheap,expansible,transplantable and worthy of spreading.
