Analysis of the Mental Interaction in Physical Education Teaching in School

学校体育及学校体育教学蕴含了丰富的心理学因素,"动"是体育教学的最基本特征。文章提出心理互动概念,分析其产生的心理学基础,强调心理互动在体育教学中不可忽视的作用,说明良好的心理互动是实现良好的教学互动的前提,并结合体育教学的特点分析创设心理互动的方法和途径,为学校体育教学的发展提供一种新的思维和启示。

The school physical education and physical education teaching contain the abundant psychological factors and 'movement' is the most basic characteristics in school physical education teaching. It was analyzed that the concept of mental interaction and the psychological foundation of the mental state interaction. The function of the mental interaction in physical education teaching should not be neglected .Only by a good mental interaction can realize the teaching and learning interaction .Approaches to realize the good mental interaction were presented ,which relates to the physical education teaching .
