On Supervision of Social Insurance Funds

我国社会保险基金监管存在法律制度不健全、执法不力、处罚力度不够、监督不力等问题,需要从监管立法、完善制度、强化监督等方面进行改革。

There are some questions existed in supervision of social insurance funds of China, such as, the faultiness of law system, the inadequacy of the force of enforcing the law, punishment and supervision, etc. So we need to reform from the aspects of supervising the law, perfecting the system and strengthening the supervision.
