摘要
从民法的法人制度角度,对我国的国企改革问题进行了深入的理论分析,论述了法人所有权与股权相结合的产权结构是国有企业建立现代企业制度并实现成功改革的关键所在。
From the angle of juridical system of civil law, the paper made a further theoretical analysis of the reform of state enterprises in China, and it also discussed the structure of property right that ownership by corporation and rights of shareholder are combined is the key to modern enterprise system of state enterprises and the realization of successful reform.
