A Systematic Analysis of Regional Natural Hazard

本文通过对一般区域自然灾害系统的结构、性质、目的以及整体性分析,得出系统与环境间的关联所在。并以此来分析四川省自然灾害系统的主要运行机制和动态趋势,目的是为从根本上把握区域自然灾害系统的发生、发展和演化规律。

The result of the interrelation and interaction of various hazards in a region inevitably leads to a wholistic effect of a regional natural hazard system. In accordance with this, the structure, function(s) and objetive(s), features and characteristics, relations between the elements of a system and between these elements and environment, and the relations between the system and environment are analysed so as to arrive at a revalation of the intrinsic structure of the system and its extrinsic relations, i. e. , the working mechanism of the system.
