程序胸壁刺激试验对按需起搏器的感知功能检查

Programmed chest wall stimulation test:estimating sense function of implanted ⅤⅥ pacemaker

本文运用程序胸壁刺激试验对33例置入按需起搏器的感知功能进行检查,发现不同型号的起搏器感知外电刺激的全抑制区是不同的;测出的起搏器不应期也与其额定值有所差别,但变化仍在正常范围内。该试验方法简便易行,适于一般医院对置入按需起搏器患者进行安全性监测。

To estimate sense function of implanted VVI pacemaker,in 33 patients with the pacemakers,which were produced by 5 different manufacturers,the com- pletely inhibited area of pace output(CIA)and refractory period(RP)of pace were studied with programmed chest wall stimulation test(PCWS).The results showed that:①The incremental stimutation revealed the range of CIA were 90-1823 PPM stimulation frequency.Only stimulation frequency above CIA can make implanted pacemaker reverting to a fixed rate;②32 implanted pacemakers were considered in theoretical longevity and normal operation.RP of pacemakers obtained in program- med extrastimulation were different from the standard values of the manufacturers, but were still within the normal range. The siginficance of this study is to estimate sense function of implanted VVI pacemaker.It is recommended that PCWS is a simple,save and effective method.
