摘要
本文从霍夫斯泰德研究结果出发,对中美两国的文化进行比较,发现两国在个人主义或集体主义、权力跨度、对不确定性的避免、阴性或阳性等方面存在很大差异。处理好这些文化的差异将有利于双方跨国公司的管理和发展。
The essay compares the culture of China and USA and finds out that there are great differences between individualism and collectivism, span of power, avoidance of uncertain matter, posituve and negative. Dealing with these cultural differences is benefir for the management and development of transnational corporation.
