风湿性心脏瓣膜病换瓣术前后血浆环磷酸乌苷的变化

Changes in plasma cyclic GMP concentration before and after valve replacement in patients with rheumatic valvular disease

应用放免法测定45例风湿性心脏瓣膜病患者换瓣术前后血浆 cGMP 的变化。术前血浆 cGMP 浓度为22.00±1.66pmol/ml,较正常对照组的6.25±0.23pmol/ml 明显升高,与心功能、平均肺动脉压和平均左房压有一定的相关性,术后3～4周降至13.07±0.76pmol/ml。提示血浆cGMP 水平可作为评价心功能的一项指标。

Plasma cyclic GMP concentrations before and after valve replacement were measured by radioimmunoassay in 45 patients with rheumatic valvular disease. Before operation,the plasma cyclic GMP concentrations in patient group were sig- nificantly higher than those in the control group(22.00±1.66vs 6.25±0.23 pmol/ ml,P<0.001),and were significantly correlated to the cardiac function,mean pul- monary artery pressure and mean left atrial pressure.The plasma cyclic GMP con- centrations decreased significantly(P<0.001)3 to 4 weeks after the operation although not return to normal value.
