摘要
本文结合地震预报实际,将层次分析法引入到地震综合预报中,构造出一个目的层(预报功能)、准则层(对应率、概括率、服务时间)及手段层(参与综合预报的各观测手段)的层次结构模型,分别计算出各层次相对上一层次的权重,最后计算出各手段在综合预报中的合成权重。
Combining the earthquake prediction practice, this paper introduced the layering analysis method into the comprehensive earthquake prediction and constructed a laye-ring-structure model of the objective layer (predictive function), standard layer (corresponding rate, generalization rate, service time) and medium layer (various observation means adopted in the comprehensive prediction) and computed the weight of each layer relative to its upper layer, respectively, and finally the synthetic weight of every mean in the comprehensive prediction was calculated.
