朱光潜的文学理论及文学批评思想以“趣味”为中心内涵,把文学的“趣味”和作家及读者的情趣、人格、修养联系在一起,赋予了“趣味”以超越狭隘的个人爱好的深广意义,“趣味”成为朱光潜最为重要的文艺理论术语。从价值取向角度而言,朱光潜“趣味论”的文艺理论思想可以理解为审美功利主义,或概括为以审美为核心,追求真、善、美三元调适。

Zhu Guangqian was a great master in the modern aesthetics history and modern literary theory history in China.His theory of literature and thought of literary criticism are focussed on 'interest',which is the most important term involving his theory of literature and art.From a perspective of value,his'theory of interest'can be understood to be aesthetic utilitarianism,or summarized as taking aesthetic standard as the core in pursuit of truth,kindness and beauty.
