激光触发SF6气体间隙开关的数值模拟

摘要 建立了激光触发SF6气体间隙开关的数值模型,计算了Woodworth的实验系列。激光触发延迟的计算值与实验结果比较符合。在充气压力一定时,延迟时间随激光能量、工作电压比(工作电压与自击穿电压之比)的增加而减小。激光能量越大或工作电压比越高,则延迟时间对电压的变化越不敏感,越稳定;反之,延迟时间对电压的变化越敏感,越不稳定。
