摘要
从贝克尔歧视理论出发,揭示出其理论基础———身心不悦的实质是厌恶成本,解释了其理论困境,并运用到大学生就业市场上,阐明用人单位拒绝女大学生是市场经济条件下减小成本的理性选择,同时具体分析了女大学生自然附着成本的内容,并提出女大学生就业的对策。
According to Becker's theory of discrimination, holding that the basis of the theory lies in disgust of cost, the author applies the theory into the job market for college graduates, and elucidates that it is a rational choice for enterprises to turn down women graduates so as to reduce their costs under the market economy. The paper also analyses the natural accrete cost to hire women undergraduates, and thus puts forward the countermeasures for the group of people to get jobs.
