表面活性剂修饰蒙脱石负载杂多酸催化剂的制备及表征 被引量:1

Preparation and Characterization of Heteropoly Acid Supported on Montmorillonite Modified by Surfactant Catalyst

摘要 以表面活性剂修饰的蒙脱石为载体,选取不同溶剂,采用浸渍法、回流吸附等方法,将磷钨杂多酸负载于表面活性剂修饰的蒙脱石上。通过IR、XRD、DTA等测试手段对催化剂进行表征,得出磷钨杂多酸在载体表面具有较好的分散性和较强的相互作用。同时以酯化反应为催化模型,考察了催化剂在酯化反应中的催化活性、选择性、稳定性等性能指标,并得出了制备此催化剂的最佳条件。 The heteropoly acid (PW_(12)) supported on montmorillonite modified by surfactant catalyst was prepared by means of impregnation and refluxing-adsorption methods. IR, XRD and DTA measurements showed that PW_(12) was well dispersed. The interaction between PW_(12) and montmorillonite modified by surfaction was enhanced. The catalytic activity, selectivity and stability of the catalyst for esterification were investigated. The results show that the refluxing-adsorption method is advantageous to prepare the catalyst.
