Radical reform of philosophic thinking mode of Deng Xiaoping is the ideological basis for China to breakthrough traditional socialist theory and to achieve great success in socialist construction with Chinese characteristics. Philosophically, Deng Xiaoping realized the transformations from abstract material noumenon thinking mode into practice thinking mode, from simply following the principle of truth into thinking mode of emphasizing both truth principle and value principle, from unilateral and absolute thinking mode into multiple and relative thinking mode and from metaphysically understanding unity of opposites of contradiction into dialectically understanding unity of opposites of contradiction.
