Protecting private assets is an important task to develop an all-round well-off society. Private assets should be protected according to the principles of adhering to Chinas basic economic system, of consummating socialist market economy system, of promoting individual overall development and of rebuilding private ownership, which require the departments concerned to practically transform ideas, to complete law systems and to take feasible measures.
