一年级开设武当武术选修课的可行性研究

The Feasibility of Wudang Martial Arts for Grade-one Students

通过问卷调查法和文献资料法对鄂西北高校新生开设武当武术选修课的可行性研究,结果认为在一年级新生中开设武当武术选修课是可行的,符合我校的实际,有利于充分发挥教师的专长,提高教学质量;有利于学生体育兴趣、意识的培养,运动规律的掌握、运动能力的提高和锻炼习惯的形成,为终生体育打下良好的基础.

By means of questionnaire survey and documentary survey, studies are conducted on the feasibility to offer Wudang martial arts as a selective course to students in higher education institutes in northwest Hubei. According to the studies, the conclusion is positive. To offer Wudang martial arts as a selective course corresponds with the present situation of Yunyang Teachers College. And it helps make full use of the expertise of the teachers and improve teaching quality. It also helps students in developing interest in and consciousness of P.E., in gaining a good command of law of exercise, in improving the ability to do exercise, in forming the habit of doing exercise, and in laying a good foundation of lifetime P.E..
