摘要
在脉冲核辐射测试中,要求同步信号源的输出延时可调,信号幅度大于5V,且有多通道输出(10路以上)。针对以上应用特点,研制出一种输出延时可调同步信号源。介绍了其工作原理及结构组成,重点分析了在调试电路时遇到的技术难点及解决措施。同步信号源输出延时在0.15~2.5μs范围内可调,输出信号的幅度为+8V,输出通道数15路,各路延迟时间差不大于500ps。
A delay-time adjustable synchronizer is required for pulsed nuclear radiation measurement, which has more than 10 output channels and whose output-signal amplitude is larger than 5 volts. According to the application requirement, a delay-time adjustable synchronizer is developed. This paper gives the description of the synchronizer including operational mechanism and its configuration. More emphasis is paid on the discussion of the difficulties occurring in the circuit debugging and their resolutions. The output delay-time of the synchronizer is adjustable in the range of 150ns to 2.5μs, the output signal amplitude is large than 8 volts, the number of its output channels is 15 and the delay-time difference of any two channels is less than 500ps.
