均方误差椭圆在雷达定位和避险中的应用

此文以测量误差理论为指导,除定性分析减少误差椭圆面积的措施外,建议用简易作图法确定均方误差椭圆长、短轴方向,并提出用短轴b方向运用于避险。

Aiming at practice convenience, application, and based on measuring error theory, it analyses qualitatively the measures to decrease the area of error oval, and suggests deternining the directions of long and short axis of mean square error oval by means of simply and easily plotting, applying the direction of the short axle to avoid danger.
