中国的油气管道进入高速发展时期,不断延伸的油气管道在为国民经济和人民生活源源不断地输送能源的同时,也面临着严峻的安全考验。管道源头的油气资源是否能够保证长期稳定供应?管道从设计、施工到运行、维护是否确保管道本身的安全?管道安全管理体系是否健全并纳入公共安全体系?现场目击管道事故隐患触目惊心,专家评说管道安全任重道远,而国内外管道安全管理差距明显。管道安全的警钟不断敲响,行动不容迟疑。

The construction of China's petroleum and natural gas pipeline turned into the stage of rapiddevelopment, over 20,000 kilometers has already completed, and another 7000 kilometers pipelines areunder constructing or planning. At present. however, the pipelines are suffering severe trials whileproviding energy for China's economic development. Although destructive activities have been forbiddenfrom time to time, boring for oil and peccant buildings threatened the pipelines seriously. Therefore,experts called on that governments at all levels, enterprises and the society should take the responsibilitytogether on promoting relative regulations on pipeline protection and establishing an effective and fullyfunctioning system for pipeline security.
