摘要
自由主义是对国际关系实践产生最深刻影响的思潮之一。本文试图对国际关系中的自由主义发展道路进行梳理 ,文章对自由主义国际关系理论的基本假设进行了重新辨别 ,并分别阐述了国际关系中的放任自由主义与管制自由主义思想 ,及其在世界政治秩序演进中的意义。
Liberalism is one of the key modes of thinking for understanding the evolution of international relations (IR) theories.This essay attempts to summarize the evolution of liberalism in world politics.It begins by re identifying the basic assumptions of liberal IR theory,and it then explores the bifurcation between classical liberalism and neo-liberalism as well as their significance to the evolution of world politics.Finally,the essay provides a basic research agenda for rediscovering Chinese foreign policy from the perspective of liberalism.
