不对称竞争压力与人民币的亚洲战略

Asymmetric Competitive Pressure and RMB Strategy in Asia

由于中国与亚洲其他国家之间存在不对称竞争压力 ,所以亚洲其他国家对人民币的汇率稳定要求要高于中国对亚洲其他国家货币的汇率稳定要求 ,这样 ,中国在亚洲汇率协调中就处于非常有利的地位 ,中国没有必要和亚洲其他国家实行以共同货币篮子为基础的汇率协调机制。本文在此基础上 ,通过对可供选择的汇率协调机制的可行性分析 ,明确提出人民币的亚洲战略目标应该是谋求人民币在亚洲的关键货币地位 ,并指出保持人民币汇率稳定 ,使人民币在维持亚洲汇率稳定中发挥中流砥柱的作用 。

Because of asymmetric competitive pressures between China and other Asian countries,the other Asian countries have a strong desire to maintain a stable exchange rate between their currencies and the RMB.China has an advantage in Asian exchange rate coordination and does not need to adopt a common currency basket with the other Asian countries.Based on the above arguments,this essay analyzes the feasibility of all kinds of exchange rate coordination mechanisms in Asia,arguing that the RMB strategy in Asia is to make the RMB a key currency and pointing out that it is the most important strategic action to give full play to the RMB's key role in maintaining a stable exchange rate in Asia.
