Choice of Direction for Administration Reform:Building a Limited Government

我国行政管理体制改革的目标突显了建设有限政府的路向选择。建设有限政府是符合历史规律的必然选择 ;有限政府体现了使政府的作用与其能力相适应的原则 ;有限政府比无限政府更能推动中国的现代化发展。建设有限政府 ,需重塑政府的政治、经济、社会职能 ,突破政企不分和落后的行政审批制度。

The goal of China’s administration reform shows the choice of direction——to build a limited government,which is accord with historical law. The limited government embodies the corresponding principle of government’s function and ability,which is better to promote China’ development. To build a limited government needs to remake the government’s function of political,economical and social,breaking through the underdeveloped examin and approve system.
