振动时筒仓中散粒体流动状况的仿真 被引量:11

SIMULATION OF VIBRATIONAL BEHAVIOR OF GRANULAR MATERIALS IN SILO USING DISTINCT ELEMENT METHOD

摘要 本文用个别元素法对振动时筒仓中散粒体的流动状况进行了仿真研究,仿真效果与实验中观察到的现象的定性一致说明了个别元素法在散粒体仿真中的适用性。利用仿真研究的结果,本文就振动时散粒体对仓壁的动压力进行了定性讨论。 The vibrational behavior of granular materials and their dynamic pressure on silo walls are very important to understand in structural design of silos. However, numerical simulations of this problem have seldom been performed because of its complexity. In this paper,a simulation of vibrational behavior of granular materials in silo is conducted using the Distinct Element Method (DEM) and the agreement of simulation results and experimental results shows that the DEM simulation is suitable for this problem. Based on the simulation results, the dynamic pressure of granular materials on silo walls is observed and the results of which show that the dynamic pressure is directly proportional to the vibration level approximately.
