摘要 本文研究了钢构架悬吊锅炉的动力特性和地震反应,其主要内容为:1.测量了60万千瓦锅炉构架的动力特性,得到了第一、二、三阶振动周期,振型和阻尼值。2.用有限元法计算了60万千瓦锅炉构架的空间动力特性和地震反应。3.给出了悬吊锅炉抗震设计简化分析方法,用该方法计算了60万千瓦锅炉的动力特性和地震反应。用两种方法算得的周期和振型与实测结果基本上吻合;用两种方法算得的地震反应也基本上一致。 The dynamic chara cteristics and earthquake response of boiler for 600MW power generator are studied in this paper. Dynamic characteristics of the boiler are measured. First three mode shapes, periods and damping factors are obtained. Spatial dynamic characteristics and eatrthquake response of boiler are computed by using finite elements. A simplified analytical method for dynamic characteristics and earthquake response of boiler is given. The periods and mode shapes, which are computed by FEM and simplified analytical method, agree with measured ones. The earthquake responses computed by these two methods agree with each other.
