冠状动脉左前降支近端或远端阻塞时超声心动图上室间隔运动的观察

Observation of interventricular septal motion in acute myocardial infarction with proximal left anterior descending coronary artery lesions by echocardiography

报告对30例穿壁性 AMI 患者行冠脉造影,于超声心动图上观察到:收缩期室间隔偏移减弱或低平,诊断出 LAD 近端损害的 AMI 敏感性为86%,特异性为100%;PW/IVS 的敏感性和特异性均为93%。提示:此二项指标结合,对于诊断 LAD 近端损害的 AMI 具有重要的临床意义。

Coronary angiography was peyormed in 30 cases of transmural MI and observed by echocardiography,,10 normal subjects were examined as control.In 12 of 14 AMI cases with proximal LAD artery lesion,the excursion of systolic interventricular septum was less than 3mm (sensitivity 86%,specificity 100%).The ratio of PW/IVS was greater than 2.5 (sensitivity 93%,specificity 93%),The results suggested that combined using of these two indices may be very significant in the diagnasis of AMI with proximal LAD artery lesion.
