On the Methodology of Economic Jurisprudence

经济法学的深入发展,需要通过创立有效的方法论,来解决传统法学方法论的非自足性问题;需要通过对不同方法类型的拣选与整合,以形成经济法学的方法体系和方法论共识,从而推动经济法学乃至整个法学研究的进步。

In order to promote the further development of economic jurisprudence, researchers should found the effective methodology to solve the non self-sufficiency of traditional methodology of law. Meanwhile, it is necessary of choosing and integrating the different types of method to form the common understanding of the methodological system and methodology of economic jurisprudence in our pursuit of the development of economic jurisprudence as well as the entire jurisprudence.
