The Ways of Spreading Talks in Liberated Areas in the 1940's

毛泽东《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》在解放区的传播方式有三种,即文件政令方式、媒体宣传方式及座谈会方式。《讲话》在其出世伊始就以文件政令的形式宣布了它至高无上的地位。在媒体传播中,延安文人尤其强调了《讲话》对知识分子的评价和关于文艺与政治关系的解说这两个方面,逐渐形成关于《讲话》的经典阐释。《讲话》通过不同方式的传播,其精神不断渗透到解放区以及解放区以外的各个地区,最终确立了它的权威地位。

The article emphatically points out three ways of spreading Mao Zedong's Talks at Yan'an Forum on Literature and Art in Liberated Areas——government orders,media interpretations and forums.Talks had indubitable power as a government order at the very start. During the spread through media the writers in Yan'an developed gradually a classical interpretation of Talks, which stressed on the points about intellectuals and the relationship between politics and literature & art. In these ways the gist of Talks got around everywhere inside and outside Liberated Areas, and became supreme authority finally.
