摘要
本文报导成功地合成了Ti或V,Ti同时稳定的镨系1∶12相化合物.Pr(Fe,V)12化合物不存在,PrFe11Ti化合物仅在1110℃-1030℃狭窄的温度范围内形成,以部分V替代Ti,可使1∶12相形成温度范围明显增大,形成温度降低.氮化之后,ThMn12结构不变,但体积膨胀约4.5%.PrFe11V1-xTixNδ((0.2≤x≤1)合金样品的饱和磁化强度为144~150emu g,居里温度为457℃~477℃,各向异性场大于7T.
We have succeeded in synthesizing PrFe_(11)V_(1-x)Ti_x (x=0.2~1) compounds and their nitrides with the ThMn_(12)-type structure. The temperature range of the stable 1∶12 phase for PrFe_(11)V_(1-x)Ti_x alloys has been determined,which is a function of the Ti content. PrFe_(11)V compounds with the ThMn_(12)-type structure do not exist and PrFe_(11)Ti compounds with the ThMn_(12)-type structure can be formed by annealing in a narrow temperature range between 1303 K and 1383 K. Furthermore,the 1∶12 phase with the ThMn_(12)-type structure can be formed at lower temperature and in a wide temperature range by decreasing the Ti content x (0.2≤x≤1). The PrFe_(11)V_(1-x)Ti_xN_y with x=0.2~1 has a T_c of about 457~477℃,its B_a is larger than 7 T and M_s is in the range of 144~150 emu/g.
