处理油田废水的多功能阳离子絮凝剂的合成及性能 被引量:9

摘要 为了处理成分复杂,污染大的油田废水,根据油田废水的特性,以有机胺、二硫化碳、金属盐等为原料,制备了多功能絮凝剂。采用这种新型的多功能絮凝剂对油田废水进行了处理试验,对其絮凝效果及影响因素进行研究。试验结果表明,当其用量为25mg/L时,气井废水的油、悬浮物、CODCr、色度的去除率分别为89.2%、91.3%、71.3%、93.1%。与其它絮凝剂相比,多功能絮凝剂具有性能稳定,适用的温度和pH值范围宽,除油效果好等优点。且兼具阻垢、缓蚀、杀菌等多种功能。 Because of the complexity of the component and badly polluting environment of the oil field wastewater, the treatment of it is the nodus and hotspot in field water treatment. Thus, according to the properties of oil field wastewater, the multifunctional flocculant (PDTC)was prepared with the material of amine, CS2 and metal salt. The flocculation performance was studied by treating oil field wastewater. It was shown that the rates of removal oil, SS, CODc, and chroma in oil field wastewater are 89.2%, 91.3%, 71.3%, 93.1% respectively, when the dosage of this reagent is 25 mg/L. By comparison with others flocculants, the performance of die PDTC is stable, and the applicable range of temperature and pH are wide relatively. The rates of removal oil of the PDTC are higher in treatment of the oil field wastewater. Aside from these, this flocculant PDTC has multifunction of bactericidal action, delaying corruption action and inhibiting scale action and so on.
