摘要
采用光子相关光谱法测试锐钛型纳米TiO2的平均粒度时不同分散方法对测试结果的影响。通过控制超声时间、分散剂用量、Zeta电位等条件找到了适于该法测试纳米粉体的最佳分散条件。实验结果表明:当选用浓度为0.1g/50ml,六偏磷酸钠为分散添加剂时,对分散体系超声分散15min,调节pH>4的条件下,为用光子相关光谱法测定纳米TiO2粒度的最佳分散方法。
In order to measure particle size distribution of nano-titanium dioxide, the influence of dispersion methods on the particle-size distribution of nano-TiO2 by using photon correlation spectroscopy (PCS) was investigated. Ultrasonic-time, amounts of dispersant and Zeta-potential were used to determine the optimum dispersion condition. The results show that the optimum dispersion condition for the measurement of the particle-size distribution of nano-TiO2 by PCS is using sodium hexametaphosphate 0.1 g/50 ml as dispersants, ultrasonic time 15 min and pH>4.
