摘要 本文通过对陕西省地矿局在地勘单位推行年薪制两年多实践的回顾总结 ,通过对大量第一手资料的分析研究 ,按照“认识———实践———再认识”的科学规律 ,在更高层次、更深理念上 ,把握和回答了地勘单位为什么能够推行年薪制、如何推行年薪制。 The paper reviews and sums up the experience of pursuing the annual salary system in the geological and prospecting units of Shaanxi Provincial Geological and Mineral Resource Bureau in the last two years. On the basis of researching a vast amount of firsthand material, the science rule: Know —— Practice —— Re-know, the author, stands on the higher level with deeper ideas, analyses and answers of the following problems; why will we pursue the annual salary system in the geological and prospecting units, how to pursue the annual salary system, and what are the results we have gotten, and etc.
