试论河北省非公有制经济的发展态势

On the development of the non-state-owned businesses in Hebei Province

在新的形势下,我省非公有制企业将面临国内外更大的竞争压力,随着一些新政策的出台,我省非公有制经济利用外资水平将上新台阶;在未来几年,我省一批非公有制企业将向科技型转型,并出现投资者的年轻化和高学历化、公司小型化、技术高级化、产业集群化等趋势;抓住机遇,我省非公有制企业将由数量型增长向质量型增长转变;我省大力实施"走出去"战略,非公有制企业将成为主角。

Under the new circumstances, the non-state-owned businesses of Hebei Province are faced with even more competitive pressures from both at home and abroad. However, owing to new policies the non-state-owned businesses are believed to attract more foreign investment, for these businesses will gradually change their ownership system into that of technology. More of the investors are young but with better education. Firms are mini-sized so as to be of flexibility. And they tend to be more integrated with more modernized technology. It is our belief that most of them will turn to be more competent, to play a major role in the businesses of Hebei Province.
