摘要
新课程标准的提出 ,有其背景和时代要求 ,对课程标准提出的目标、教学原则、教材编写和教学评价原则等问题进行解读与分析 。
This article is a reinterpretation of the English course standard for high school.The author examines the background by the criteria of the time, and makes an analysis of the aims, principles of the teaching, textbook compilation and assessment of teaching.
