摘要
建立一种在氢氧化钠介质中,借铜催化过氧化氢氧化甲基百里酚蓝褪色反应测定微量铜。方法的检出限为0.056μg/25ml,线性范围为0.5~5.0μg/25ml。
In a 0.2mol·L^(-1) NaOH solution, the oxidation of methyl thymol blue by H_2O_2 was catalyzed by the presence of microamounts of copper. Linear relationship was obtained between the values of 1g(A_0/A) and concentrations of copper in the range of 0.5~5.0μg per 25ml of solution. Detection limit of this method was found to be 0.056μg per 25ml.
