摘要 报道了一种简单、灵敏、准确测定银杏外种皮中白果酸含量的方法———薄层色谱扫描法。线性范围为1.0~5.0μg/点,纯品的相对标准偏差为1.29%(n=6),平均回收率为99.7%,方法简便、重现性好。 A simple, sensitive and accurate method for the separation and determination of ginkgolic acid (abbrev as G.A. below) in ginkgo biloba by TLC was described. A DW-thin-layer chromatographic scanner (CS-930) was used in the determination. The G.A. in the sample was extracted with 95% alcohol in a soxhlet extractor. The extract was concentrated to 50ml quantitatively under reduced pressure, and an aliquot of 4μl was taken to spot on the thin-layer plate using the quantitative-micro-capillary spot-sampler. A simultaneous determination with standard G.A. solution was made. By spectrometric scanning in the wavelengh-range of 200~400nm, the absorption maxima of G.A. was observed at 315nm, which is taken as the measuring wavelength for the determination. The linearity-range for the determination was from 1.0~5.0μg per spot. RSD′s found (n=6) was 1.29% an average recovery of five determination was 99.7%.
