微波场中聚合羟基铝插层蒙脱石的合成及产品在石化工业中的应用试验 被引量:5

摘要 用微波辐射老化法制备聚合羟基铝插层蒙脱石与传统的室温陈放老化法相比 ,可极大地缩短老化时间 ,化学法、XRD和IR研究表明 ,能使插入蒙脱石层间的羟基铝数量和柱撑密度增大 ,提高羟基铝与蒙脱石层间结合的牢固程度和合成物的结构稳定性 ,同时微波对蒙脱石的晶体结构不会造成破坏。用该法制备的柱撑羟基铝蒙脱石在 2 仲丁基苯酚脱丁基化反应中作催化剂 。 The preparation of smectites interlarded with polyhydroxyl Al by use of microwave irradiation in aging procedure. Compared with the common method aging at room temperature, microwave irradiation costs much less time. The interlarded smectites were studied by chemical,X ray diffraction and IR techniques. The results showed the more polyhydroxyl Al polymer intercalated smectites forming denser polyhydroxyl Al pillars. Moreover ,the complexes have stronger combination between polyhydroxyl Al and smectite interface and better stability .At the same time, microwave irradiation didn't deform or destroy the crystal structure of smectites. The smectites interlarded with polyhydroxyl Al prepared according to the method in this paper are used as catalysts in the reaction of the de sec butylation of 2 sec butylphenol. The results are better.
