Study on Choice of Raw Material and Technological Influence Factors for Preparation of Sintered Hollow Brick from Coal Gangue

对煤矸石烧结空心砖生产工艺的影响因素进行了研究和探讨 ,论述了原料性质、粒级分配、搅拌及搅拌水分、可塑性与成型要求、码坯、干燥和烧成的各类因素的影响 。

In this paper,the factors (property of raw materials,distribution of particle size,stirring and moisture,plasticity and molding,stacking, drying,firing) of influence on the production process of coal gangue sintered hollow brick are studied and discussed. The authors put forward the optimum technological parameters and requirements on the production of coal gangue sintered hollow brick.
