摘要
以中国石油长庆石化分公司为例 ,研究了石化企业的组织模式创新问题 ,提出了创建组织结构扁平化与网络化管理模式的思路 ,并对这种新的管理模式进行了评价。
Taking PetroChina Changqing Petrochemical Branch Co.for example,a study is made of the issue of organizational innovation in China's oil enterprises.It is proposed to establish a flat organizational structure and to carry out network-based management.An evaluation is made of this new model of management.
