摘要
现行的绩效考核制度存在着种种弊端 ,导致员工认同度低 ,影响力比较弱。从研究院所员工特点出发 ,以目标管理为导向 ,遵循“整体目标为基础 ,向下层层分解 ,共同协商”的原则 ,设计出关键绩效指标和控制类指标相结合的新型考核指标体系方案 ,并以油田勘探开发研究院为实证 ,列举出各层面各级员工的绩效考核指标体系。
The disadvantages of the performance evaluation system currently in force in China's oilfield research institutes have made it of little acceptability to and little influence on staff members.Based on the characteristics of research staff members and oriented to target management,a new system of performance evaluation indicators is designed on the principle of 'based on the overall objective,decomposed at all levels,and consulted mutually'.It is a combination of key performance indicators and controlling indicators.Taking an oilfield exploration and development research institute for example,a list is made of the indicator system for performance evaluation of staff members at all levels.
