摘要
大学生心理健康是当前社会关注的焦点 ,在大学校园开展思想、素质教育是学生心理健康的需要。研究分析了大学生心理健康问题现状和形成的原因 ,提出了有益于大学生心理健康的教育方法。
Mental health of college students has been a focus of attention in China today,and the ideological quality education being carried out on campus is needed for college students'mental health.In this paper,an analysis is made of the present condition of college students' mental health problems and their causes.Some educating methods are proposed which are conducive to college students'mental health.
