阐述了高等院校在扩大招生、增加专业设置、发展壮大规模的形势下 ,图书馆建立健全学科馆员制度的必要性 ,以及对学科馆员的素质要求 ,并提出了建立学科馆员制度的措施。

A discussion is made on the necessity to establish and perfect the disciplinary librarian system in China's colleges with expanded enrollment,newly-added majors,and enlarged scale.Measures for establishing disciplinary librarian system and quality requirements for disciplinary librarians are proposed.
