黑毛和牛肉质在日本肉牛中占绝对优势 ,是世界闻名的独特肉牛品种。通过胚移在内蒙古呼和浩特繁育 ,表现良好 ,生长发育指标已达到日本国内品种标准。同黑白花奶牛杂交 ,其杂种经育肥 ,32月龄体重达 62 4 .8kg,屠宰率为 5 6.3% ,净肉率为 49.9% ;高档肉占净肉的 1 1 .6% ,优质肉占净肉的 2 2 .7% ,大理石花纹等级为 1、2等级牛占 76%。
As a worldwide famous beef breed, Black Wagyu is a predominant beef breed in beef production in Japan. When it was reproduced by embryo transplantation in Huhehaote of Inner Mongolia, Its growth and development performance could reach Japan breed standard of Wagyu. After a period of finishing, body weight, dressing percentage, net beef percentage, high-grade beef percentage, high quality beef percentage, high marbling score beef percentage of Crossbred individuals of Black Wagyu and Holstein was 624.8 kg, 56.3%, 49.9%, 11.6%, 22.7% and 76%. Beef quality all was better than that of Chinese indigenous yellow cattle.
