摘要
在人工模拟水分胁迫条件下,测定了乌桕离体叶片的形态指标和部分生理生化指标。结果表明,相对叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光效应(Fv/Fm)值、叶水势、IAA值降低;相对电导率、脯氨酸含量和SOD活性上升。
Some physiological and biochemical traits and morphological characteristics of tallowtree leaf were tested in vitro under artificial water stress circumstances. The results showed that relative chlorophyll content, Fv/Fm, water potential and IAA content decreased and relative conductivity, free praline content and SOD activity increased.
