摘要
在总结国内外栗属CastaneaMiller树种离体培养研究历史的基础上,对其在外植体选择、增殖培养和生根培养等方面的研究现状以及研究中存在的问题进行了综述,并对我国板栗离体培养研究进行了展望。
On the basis of reviewing the development of researches on propagation of chestnut in vitro, we expounds the present situation of studies in choice of explants, shoot initiation, shoot multiplication and root cultivation. The main problems are pointed out and a few suggestions of the further studies in China are presented.
