摘要
“用人不疑”是中国古代任用官员的一项政策原则 ,但它的运用是有条件的。历史上用人与疑人总是并行和互动的 ,并有其制度环境 ,离开条件和制度环境 ,把“用人不疑”作为一种带着普遍性的原则来继承是一种偏误。
Do not suspect the man you use” was a principl e for appointing officials in ancient China. However, its application was condit ioned. In history, suspecting people and using people have been parallel and int eractive, and have been following certain systems. Without such conditions and s ystems, it is an error to inherit such practice as a universal principle.
