摘要
对预登记的含义与要件进行了界定,对预登记的效力、预登记请求权等问题进行了探讨,并结合我国物权立法实践,提出了相应的立法建议。
The concepts, the requirements and the claim of preliminary registration are studied. Some suggestions are offered according to the legal practice in rem.
